Hela Lahar is an educator, and certified dialogue facilitator, and has spent the last 17 years devoted to strategic development and leadership of new initiatives in different organizations, in both Israel and the US, and has led many multinational programs bridging the divides between communities.

Serving today as the CEO of Tech2Peace, Hela has worked in the past as the Acting Executive Director of the OneVoice Movement, the director of the Center for Israel Education at Columbia University and the director of the Center for Jewish Peoplehood at IMPJ.
