Ifat is the CEO of Unistream, an organization that provides entrepreneurship education and innovating thinking for youth in Israel’s geographic and social periphery, in order to reduce socioeconomic disparity and ensure equal opportunities for all.

Ifat joined Unistream after serving as the Head of Business Development and Innovation for Birthright Israel.

‍

Her career started at Publicis Worldwide, then moving to the marketing team at Loews Cineplex.

‍

She discovered the world of philanthropy through Friends of the IDF where she served as VP Marketing.

‍

Ifat joined Birthright as the Executive Director of Birthright Excel, the lifelong leadership and business fellowship.

‍

She is a member of the Maoz Leadership fellowship and the Schusterman Fellowship.

‍

She lives in Tel Aviv with her husband and three children.

‍

Her favorite relaxing activity – playing Frisbee on the beach with her family, and floating on water (if possible turquoise -flat, shark-free ).
