Sean is the Managing Partner of Community Access Fund, an early-stage venture fund, currently on its third fund.

Sean is also the Chief Investment Officer of Cloud Capital, a Registered Investment Advisor, which helps families and founders with preparing for liquidity and managing their financial structures.  

‍

Prior to this, Sean was the entrepreneur in residence (EIR) for the Techstars Alexa accelerator, a partnership between Amazon’s Alexa Fund and Techstars.  

‍

Prior to Techstars, Sean worked at Amazon and co-founded a B2B SaaS company, Gingr (acquired).  

‍

Sean began his career as the first risk analyst for a $1B hedge fund focused on trading energy derivatives.  

‍

Sean holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He sits on the boards of the Seattle chapters for the American Technion Society and the Booth School of Business Alumni.

He lives in Seattle with his partner, Valerie, and her mother, a recent additional from Ukraine.

In his spare time, Sean plays poker, tennis (or pickleball), and spends time doing almost anything in the mountains.
