35 years old, lives in Tel Aviv, Israel.After service in Israeli Navy Seals unit, Yaniv founded a company that specialises in “co – living” projects with a community and social aspects specified in student housing.

7 years ago he moved to Brazil and founded “Rosemary Dream” a wellness and empowerment center in Florianópolis. which included an international intentional community that developed a method for personal development and trained instructors and facilitators.

Yaniv returned to Israel and founded  MAHUT. A company that invests in and initiates "Life Spaces" - impact real estate projects that combine content and experience.

Today, together with other partners, MAHUT is establishing a brand of Eco beaches called ״Manao״.In his free time you will find him traveling the world, surfing, walking in nature, making a campfire and participating in enrichment courses and workshops.
